Workshops For Students

This workshop is designed to teach students the concept of self-acceptance and compassion so that they can bounce back from failures quickly. Students will learn practical strategies to identify and challenge negative self-talk, set healthy boundaries, and develop self-compassion.

This workshop teaches students how to evaluate their relationship with social media and provides strategies to promote a healthy relationship with their devices. Students will learn how to engage with the online world in a safe manner, using critical thinking skills. Additionally, this workshop explores the relationship between social media and body image and helps students question what they see online and separate what they see online from how they feel about themselves.

This is an empowering workshop designed for students to enhance their emotional well-being and resilience. In this workshop, students will learn to discern between healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms, gaining a deeper understanding of the impact each approach has on their mental health. Students will learn how to develop essential skills to cultivate and implement healthy coping strategies in their lives.

This workshop teaches students about healthy vs. unhealthy anxiety, how anxiety impacts their mental health, and practical CBT-based strategies they can use to calm their anxiety response. This workshop will also tackle beliefs like the need to overachieve in order to succeed. By the end of this workshop, students will feel confident in their ability to conquer their anxiety.

This workshop educates participants about the most common social media apps their children are using and how to facilitate healthy social media use discussions with them. By the end of this workshop, participants will have the tools they need to teach their children healthy online habits.

Teachers will learn effective strategies for managing stress, cultivating self-care habits, and creating a healthy work-life balance. Strategies on overcoming burnout will also be presented. This workshop will provide a step-by-step, practical approach to preventing burnout so that teachers can rediscover their joy in teaching.

Teachers will learn how to help students recognize negative thought patterns, develop positive self-talk, and utilize coping strategies to help them overcome challenges.
